Hello everyone, and welcome to my FFXIV blog! My name is Enki, I’m a player on the FFXIV server Sargatanas. My original 1.0-launch character was on Hyperion but when I came back for the “Welcome Back Campaign” in 2012, none of my friends where there, and had no intentions of coming back. Thus, with the ability of moving servers gone I had no other alternative but to part ways with old-Enki, and make a new character on the server where most of Neogaf played.
I used to play on FFXI, servers Ramuh and Ragnarok, and used to have a blog on livejournal: Sofo’s dreamland. Because of that, I knew that if I was going to be playing FFXIV, I would end up making a blog, and thus Enkredible was born! To me having a blog where to blog my experiences in these two MMOs is very important. I’m a very friendly person and as such, I have great times playing with my friends. Writing these experiences down makes for a wonderful time when reading back on them and remembering good times.
I haven’t played any other MMOs besides the ones by Square-Enix, so my experience in that department is some-what lacking, but I don’t feel it makes my opinion on the game less unbiased, since I believe I have a good judgment. Aside from these MMOs, I enjoy many other kinds of games, besides RPGs. I am also a bit of a sucker for indie-developed games. I don’t play one genre of games in particular, and along the boyfriend, we own a large library of videogames.
Outside of videogames, I enjoy many shows, some of them are Homeland, RuPaul’s Drag Race, Dexter, Parks and Recs, among many others, and some anime (not many, just trying to watch the best). I’m a very social and kind person, open-minded and a good listener. Other hobbies of mine include reading, using watercolors and listening to music. I’m a good friend of my friends and helpful, so don’t be scared to approach me.
